At octi design, we provide digital products such as templates, extensions, and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital goods, specific conditions apply to refunds.

General Information

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has started. For this reason, refunds are generally not available for digital products.

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund request may be reviewed only in exceptional cases, if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is clearly non-functional and cannot be used as described.
• You have contacted our support team within 15 days of purchase and provided sufficient details to investigate the issue.
• Our support team was unable to resolve the issue or provide a viable workaround.
• The product description was materially misleading.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases, including but not limited to:

• You changed your mind or the product does not meet your personal expectations.
• The purchase was made by mistake.
• The issue is caused by incorrect configuration, third-party software, or environment-specific factors.
• You refuse or fail to provide necessary information or access required for troubleshooting.
• More than 15 days have passed since the purchase date.
• The product was purchased at a discounted price, as part of a promotion, or during a sale.
• The request relates to renewals, upgrades, or subscription payments.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information and to deny a refund if the request is not reasonably justified.
Approved refunds will be processed within up to 14 days using the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund has been issued, you are no longer permitted to use, retain, or distribute the refunded product.
